Do you ship worldwide?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! PurePullBags offers free courier shipping on US, UK & Germany orders. For all other countries, shipping is free on orders over $70. For more information, please read our Shipping Policy.
Are there any custom and/or import duties added to the purchase?
All orders within the UK, EU, US and Australia are exempted from shipping and duties. For the rest of the countries outside the EU and non-US, any such fees must be paid by the addressee unless otherwise specified on the checkout page. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
What payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take to get my order?
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: For custom orders, it can take up-to 21 days.
Shipment: As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately to your destination.

Can I track my order?

Can I return my order?
Absolutely. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase or received a wrong product, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item.We do not exchange or accept returns on final sale and clearance items, gift cards, face masks, fabric samples, Cut-to-length linen fabric, custom orders, or bedding that has already been used, or washed.Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The return package must be shipped back within this 30-day period. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned or exchanged unless they are defective. To request a refund, exchange, or store credit, please visit our return portal.
How long will my refund take and how will I be refunded?
Once the item is received by our team, we will send you a confirmation to the provided email address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
